臨時決定到雷諾這個地方來玩，提早到飯店他們很貼心，也讓我們提早入住整個房間的空間蠻大的，房間內的設備都很齊全，讓我們覺得很驚喜也幫我們安排視野較遼闊城市景色 的窗戶景色， 我們連續住了三天二夜，1樓除了有**，環境都算舒適另外還有Starbucks在1樓感受非常方便，飯店也提供免費停車場，停車也非常方便，飯店的位置臨近周圍飯店及用餐地點都非常的方便走路都可以到，雷諾不只是一個**，更是個景色非常美麗的地方，保留許多美國原有的景色，第一次來這裡感覺非常的浪漫跟舒適，希望有機會我們還是希望再來這裡住~~謝謝J飯店的工作人員讓我們留下美好的旅遊體驗

I don't know how long it had been since we moved into this room. The table, telephone, TV remote control, etc. in the room were all covered with dust, as was the bathroom room. I should request a claim

房間寬敞大氣，雙床較寬，睡覺非常舒服。二樓有自助餐，菜品較多，價格合理。周圍環境較為安靜全，人不是太多，離河岸公園很近，可以走走。

It's amazing what you've done with the old hotel!!!!!! It is IMMACULATE and QUIET! The foods are FANTASTIC!!!!! You have fuly changed all the areas! It's like a new building!!!!! BUT! ROOM INFO! My room did NOT have a central ceiling light fixture with a fan. It did NOT have an ALARM CLOCK. It did NOT have a microwave. MY SHOWER: (1) door was on rollers, the other was FIXED. BUT. The plumbing stuff to turn on the water AND the shower were behind the fixed glass window, SO you have to get INTO the shower and go to the fixtures and turn it on then turn the shower on WHILE you were standing UNDER it! Whenever you turn on a shower, the old water still in it is usually chilly and THEN it warms up. DIDN'T LIKE IT AT ALL!!!!!! OTHER than that, everything else was excellent!!!!! THanks! JP

We had a wonderful stay at J resort reno. Our room was big and clean… tho our room was never celaned during our 3 day stay… i just wished they did so even once. Never the less we had a great view, location was great

我們住在十樓，房間比較新，隔音也可以。入住辦理在一樓大廳中央，被**機器環繞，一樓有煙味。酒店外圍有自己的停車場。入住時137美元預授權，100美元是按金，退房之後實際付款37.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable.  However, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly, as there was hair and soap residue everywhere.  The bath tub had no grab bars and you had to get all the way in the shower to turn on water.  There was no shower mat to help keep you from sliding (remember, no grab bar).   No shower caps or lotion.  The restaurant was a very pleasant experience, both the staff and food were great! We would stay again, because it is very convenient and close to the train station, which is how we traveled to visit a relative who was celebrating his 75th birthday.
